1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and g33 ("g33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at g33.club. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the g33 platform — including the casino, sportsbook, slots, crash games, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

g33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, g33 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of g33 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are written in English and are the definitive version. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English-language version. In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails.

g33 operates as an online gaming platform targeting the Bangladesh market. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adults aged 18 and above. g33 is committed to responsible gaming, fair play, and the protection of player funds and personal data.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a g33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. g33 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. 18+
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting in a corporate capacity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of g33 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms. If you have previously self-excluded from g33 or any affiliated platform and that exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register.

g33 performs age verification during the registration process and conducts further KYC identity checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. g33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a player's use of the platform. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, g33 will restrict or close the account and may withhold funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access g33's gaming services, you must create a single player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active g33 account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. g33 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and account balances may be frozen pending review.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any other person. g33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified g33 of a security breach at [email protected] without undue delay.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

g33 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The following documents are accepted as proof of identity for players in Bangladesh:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Bangladesh driving licence (for supplementary address verification)

Document images must be clear, unedited, and show all four corners. g33 may request additional documentation (for example, a bank statement or utility bill) to verify your address or source of funds. g33 processes KYC documents within 1–3 business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal limits may apply.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

g33 supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). g33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on g33 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though g33 may impose enhanced due diligence requirements for deposits that exceed certain thresholds as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposit limits may also be set voluntarily by the player via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise approved by g33's finance team. g33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger risk thresholds.

4.4 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for funds deposited to g33 is a breach of these Terms. g33 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks. In cases where a chargeback is raised, g33 will immediately suspend the associated account pending investigation, freeze the account balance, and pursue recovery of any disputed amounts through lawful means. Legitimate payment disputes should be raised directly with g33 support at [email protected].

5. Bonuses & Promotions

g33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other key dates). Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all g33 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified g33 account unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• g33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already awarded and the associated wagering progress will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value except where explicitly indicated.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of promotional mechanics, or coordinated bonus farming — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• g33 does not operate a separate registration page. All bonus claims are made through the player's existing account dashboard after login.

6. User Obligations

By registering and using a g33 account, you agree to the following ongoing obligations throughout your relationship with the platform:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at all times.
• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Not access your g33 account from any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or third-party software to interact with the g33 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the g33 platform.
• Comply with all reasonable instructions issued by g33 staff, including requests to complete identity verification or provide source-of-funds documentation.
• Immediately notify g33 of any suspected unauthorised access to your account, by contacting [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).
• Gamble responsibly and make use of g33's responsible gaming tools if your gambling behaviour begins to cause concern.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g33 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using g33 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. g33 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing: Betting on sporting events that you have inside knowledge of, or that you have directly or indirectly attempted to influence, is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino table games, or any other competitive gaming environment on g33.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or configuration errors to obtain funds or credits to which you are not entitled.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at g33 staff or other players.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the g33 platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting syndicate, selling tips based on inside information, or reselling bonus credits.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

g33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where g33 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious financial activity has been detected that may indicate money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to g33, its payment partners, or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, g33 may forfeit any remaining bonus balance and, in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, may also withhold real-money balances pending investigation and the recovery of any amounts owed to g33.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, g33 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing the platform.
