Limits are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and apply cumulatively across all deposit methods. For example, if you set a daily limit of ৳5,000, a deposit of ৳3,000 via bKash followed by a deposit of ৳2,000 via Nagad will exhaust your daily allowance, regardless of the method used.

3. Session Time Controls

Time passes quickly during an engaging gaming session. g33's session time controls give you the ability to define exactly how long you want to play before the platform prompts you to stop and reflect.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration from 30 minutes to 8 hours. When your session reaches the limit you have chosen, g33 will display a full-screen notification. At that point you have two options: log out and take a break, or explicitly acknowledge the notification and choose to continue for another interval. This acknowledgement step ensures you are always making an active, conscious decision to keep playing rather than losing track of time.

Reality Check Reminders

Reality check pop-ups appear at intervals you set — every 15, 30, or 60 minutes — and display a clear summary of your current session: how long you have been playing, your net win or loss during the session, and the time of day. These reminders are designed to interrupt automatic play patterns and bring your attention back to your real-world circumstances.

Loss Limits

In addition to time limits, you can set a net loss ceiling for each rolling period. Once your net losses within a day, week, or month reach the limit you have configured, g33 will end your session and prevent further deposits until the limit period resets. Loss limits, like deposit limits, take effect immediately when reduced and require 24 hours to increase.

4. Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal commitment you make to stop gambling on g33 for a defined period. It is intended for players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life and want a firm boundary enforced by the platform.

g33 offers the following self-exclusion durations:

• 1 month
• 3 months
• 6 months
• 1 year
• 2 years

During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked, all promotional communications from g33 are suspended, and you cannot log in or deposit. g33 will not re-activate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of the reason given. If you have chosen permanent exclusion, the account cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Time-Out (Cool-Off Period)

If you need a short break but do not require a formal self-exclusion, the time-out feature lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out account will automatically re-activate when the period ends. Time-outs are suitable for players who want a brief break to reassess without making a longer commitment.
